Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026 · AI Revenue Pro, LLC (Florida, USA)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Revenue Pro website and the AI & automation services provided by AI Revenue Pro, LLC ("AI Revenue Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a free audit, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AI Revenue Pro, LLC is a Florida limited liability company offering artificial-intelligence and automation services to local businesses — including AI chat assistants, automated booking and reminders, review-request automation, lead follow-up, invoicing automation, social-media content, reactivation campaigns, and related services (the "Services").

2. The free audit & no obligation

We offer a free, no-obligation consultation ("audit") to understand your business and recommend a solution. Requesting or receiving an audit creates no obligation to purchase, and no contract exists until you and AI Revenue Pro agree in writing on a specific scope and price.

3. Pricing & payment

4. Scope, delivery & your responsibilities

We deliver the specific Services described in your written service agreement. To build and run your Services, you agree to provide, in a timely manner, any information, content, access, and third-party accounts we reasonably need (for example: your business details, logo, hours, review links, customer lists you are permitted to use, and access to platforms where automations must be installed).

Third-party tools & costs

Some Services rely on third-party platforms (for example, email delivery, calendars, payment processors, or AI providers). Those platforms may require their own accounts and may charge their own usage fees (for example, per email sent or per API request). Where a Service carries such pass-through costs, we disclose it, and those costs are your responsibility unless your agreement states otherwise.

5. Email & communications compliance

Several Services send emails to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to contact your customers and for complying with all applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM). We build reasonable opt-out (unsubscribe) mechanisms into our email automations, but you remain the sender of record and are responsible for your customer lists and the lawful use of them.

6. Cancellation & refunds

7. Intellectual property

You own your business content, brand, and customer data. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website content and configured automations). We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, templates, methods, and know-how, and we may reuse those general components on other projects. Our website, brand, and materials remain our property.

8. Results & disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." AI and automation can dramatically improve efficiency and capture, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, ranking, or outcome. Statistics or examples on our website illustrate the value of the approach and are not a promise of results for your business.

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed advisor, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Revenue Pro, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have signed a service agreement with us, the dispute-resolution terms of that agreement control — including good-faith resolution, then mediation, then binding arbitration seated in Duval County, Florida (or by video conference), and a waiver of class or representative actions. For any matter not subject to arbitration — including a request for injunctive relief, the protection of intellectual property or confidential information, the collection of fees owed, a small-claims matter, or an action to compel arbitration or enforce an award — the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
